Jeremy Newell, a native Houstonian, has represented injury victims and their families for almost 25 years. His practice focuses on products liability, workplace injuries, Jones Act cases, automobile crashes, cases involving fire and explosions, and general litigation involving catastrophic injuries and wrongful death.
Mr. Newell is a seasoned and skilled advocate who has had success in litigating cases. He has obtained numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts, including a $20 million product liability case that was named one of the Top 100 Verdicts by the National Law Journal. Additionally, he has been asked to speak as an expert on various legal topics, including admiralty and maritime law.
Mr. Newell graduated cum laude from Texas A&M University in 1995. He obtained his law degree at the University of Houston Law Center in 1999, where he earned selection to the Houston Journal of International Law.
Mr. Newell is a member of the State Bar of Texas and is board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
